RouQ & Company is headed by a versed and seasoned Professor of Law who has been involved in a variety of negotiations and preparations of domestic and international agreements, including joint venture, supply and distribution and licensing agreements. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of oil and gas contracts. He has several articles in learned journals (Local and International) and has co-edited several books. He is a member of several Learned Association and Societies; including the Association of International Pertroleum Negotiators (AIPN), International Bar Association (IBA), Environmental Law research Institute (ELRI) and Fellow of the Salzburg Seminar in Austria amongst many others. The Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department is headed by a proficient and versatile Attorney with over 20 years experience of legal practice.
