Our International capital market specialists also provide advice on the compliance and regulatory obligations of market participants in the increasingly complex global environment. Financing & Tax Group Our Finance team is known for its innovative and groundbreaking work in the areas of Debt finance, Structured Finance, Project Finance, Real Estate Finance and Pensions and Empoyees. Our Tax team offers our Clients first class tax advice and transactional support across a range of specialist areas on an international and domestic basis. Our financing and tax practice brings two areas of law that continue to define developed and developing economies.
