We advise on all aspects of maritime law such as marine casualty, collision and salvage, pollution liabilities, pilotage, wreck removal and insurance issues. We also have wide-ranging experience in handling all types of marine claims and liabilities. We act for financiers, shipyards and owners on complex financial arrangements in relation to the construction and purchase of vessels. We also proffer advice on aviation insurance and liability resulting from loss of baggage claims. We have been involved in countless leading arbitration and court cases involving major maritime and aviation claims. Environmental and Natural Resources Group We provide legal advice, obtain permits and consents, carry out Environmental Impact Assessment detailed environmental analysis, negotiations with regulatory authorities on behalf of clients. Oil and Gas Department We boast of broad experience in upstream oil and gas transactions. We have been deeply involved with the new players coming into the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, having acted for major exploration and production companies, service companies and those involved in marginal fields activities.
