Toye Sobande LL.B (OAU-IFE), B.L, LL.M (Buckingham)
Toye attended the Obafemi Awolowo University from where he graduated in 2005 and was admitted to the Bar in 2006, after graduating from the Nigerian Law School with Honors. In 2009 he proceeded to the University of Buckingham, UK where he obtained an LL.M in International and Commercial Law with a World Trade Specialist designation.
He is fully engaged in corporate and commercial transactions covering practice areas of interest, he has been involved in various transactions on Intellectual Property, International Trade, and Corporate and Commercial law. And has regularly worked and partners with clients to review, redraft and negotiate various commercial contracts. |
